Headquartered in Seoul, NPS’s Fund Management Centre is responsible for growing the cumulative assets of the fund and employs over 200 staff across 3 international offices.

The Challenge

NPS is currently seeking to expand its real estate investment functions based in New York with the addition of an experienced candidate (s) at Senior Associate to Vice President Level to the New York office. The successful candidate will be tasked with covering global alternative Investment markets.

Job Description

·         Identify and screen potential real estate investment opportunities

·         Conduct Preliminary assessment, financial analysis and business due diligence for direct investment opportunities

·         Manage and update real estate fund information, conducting due diligence on fund investments

·         Write due diligence reports and follow-up notes on existing and potential GPs

·         Monitor on-going real estate, infrastructure, and private equity investment portfolios

·         Support activities in any alternative asset class.

·         Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by senior PM and Head of Office.

Requirements/Qualifications

·         4-7 years progressive experience in real estate investments

·         Understanding of real estate portfolio management, characteristics of the transactions and corresponding strategies, etc.

·         Familiarity with real estate financial modelling and projection

·         Highly motivated team player, with strong work ethic attention to detail

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Superior academic achievement at a top tier undergraduate program. MBA and / or CFA is ideal.
